When you purchase a Heritage Package from Trace Ireland, we collect the following information:

- Your email address
- The Irish surname you submitted

When you contact us by email, we collect the information you choose to share in that correspondence.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Our website does not collect any personal data unless you make a purchase or contact us directly.

We use the information we collect solely to:
- Fulfil your order and deliver your Heritage Package by email
- Respond to enquiries you send us
- Send you your Heritage Package and any follow-up correspondence related to your order
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
How we store your information
Your order information is held securely and used only for the purpose of fulfilling your Heritage Package. Email correspondence is retained for a reasonable period to allow us to respond to any follow-up queries about your order.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Trace Ireland does not store any payment card information.
